I’VE BEEN THERE.

Two years into my career as a therapist, I was working 10-12 hour days with a hefty caseload and expected to the work of 2 full-time employees. I did the best I could but at some point, I hit a wall. I burned out. A trip to the emergency room, several tests, and months of not feeling like myself and then it dawned on me.

THE ONLY WAY THINGS WOULD CHANGE WAS IF I TOOK CHARGE OF MY LIFE.

So I started making simple changes and committed to putting myself first. I wanted to have a full cup, not from desperation but as a necessity. I created a plan for my life that helped me to heal, recover, and take better care of myself.

I want to help you to do the same.

What’s included in the program?

One 60-minute initial strategy call to identify your primary areas of concern/problems and what you desire to achieve with this program.

  • Three 60-minute coaching calls to introduce, revise and implement your new routines and systems to make sure you feel confident and supported

  • Daily support through email for encouragement and support on the journey

  • Review current self-care plan and routines and create customized self-care plan with actionable steps

  • Working shared Google Doc to track session topics, weekly practices/intentions and share resources

  • By the end of this program, you will have a better understanding of the following areas:

    • A daily routine that fills you up and understanding of the signs of burnout

    • Better understanding of how your thoughts, choices, expectations influence your everyday life

    • Improved self-confidence to manage daily responsibilities at work and at home

    • An identifiable support system

This 90-minute intensive session offers an abbreviate version of the Simply Being You program. In the 90 minutes we will:

  • explore 1-3 identify problem areas and develop strategies to address each identified problem

  • We’ll work together to explore what’s working, and what’s not working in your current reality while crafting a vision and plan for creating more of what you want in your world.
