Two years into my career as a therapist, I was working 10-12 hour days with a hefty caseload and expected to the work of 2 full-time employees. I did the best I could but at some point, I hit a wall. I burned out. A trip to the emergency room, several tests, and months of not feeling like myself and then it dawned on me.
THE ONLY WAY THINGS WOULD CHANGE WAS IF I TOOK CHARGE OF MY LIFE.
So I started making simple changes and committed to putting myself first. I wanted to have a full cup, not from desperation but as a necessity. I created a plan for my life that helped me to heal, recover, and take better care of myself.

Introducing the Simply Being You program.
What’s included in the program?
One 60-minute initial strategy call to identify your primary areas of concern/problems and what you desire to achieve with this program.
Three 60-minute coaching calls to introduce, revise and implement your new routines and systems to make sure you feel confident and supported
Daily support through email for encouragement and support on the journey
Review current self-care plan and routines and create customized self-care plan with actionable steps
Working shared Google Doc to track session topics, weekly practices/intentions and share resources
By the end of this program, you will have a better understanding of the following areas:
A daily routine that fills you up and understanding of the signs of burnout
Better understanding of how your thoughts, choices, expectations influence your everyday life
Improved self-confidence to manage daily responsibilities at work and at home
An identifiable support system

This 90-minute intensive session offers an abbreviate version of the Simply Being You program. In the 90 minutes we will:
explore 1-3 identify problem areas and develop strategies to address each identified problem
We’ll work together to explore what’s working, and what’s not working in your current reality while crafting a vision and plan for creating more of what you want in your world.
