Ten Wellness Thoughts

It starts with our minds. What are you thinking? What thoughts do you give power to? In order to improve the way we feel, we have to take some time to reflect on the thoughts we are giving power to. This form is to provide encouragement by incorporating wellness thoughts. Recite these as a mantra, cut them out and paste them on the wall, write them in your journal, put it as a background on your phone.
