Welcome to the Getting Real About Self-Care Group.
This is a group workshop series for women to improve the way they care for themselves. Learn strategies to revise your self-care routine, shift the emotional connection between your daily responsibilities and create a sense of calm in your daily life. This group allows you to welcome in support to your daily life while evaluating the ways you can show yourself more love and care. The group will meet weekly for a total of six 60-minute sessions.
NEXT GROUP STARTING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2021 @730PM
In this group you will:
Review and revise your current daily routines
Learn how to release the guilt and shame of prioritizing yourself
Create a vision of the life you desire
Realize your self-defeating beliefs and how these impact your perceived progress
Be clear on your boundaries, needs, wants, and desires for your daily life
Improve your self-confidence and self-worth
Fee: $225
I am a licensed therapist, speaker, and coach who’s mission is to help others navigate healing with compassion. I began my healing journey a few years ago after what I like to call a “young-life" crisis. By using simple mindset shifts, revising my self-care routine, and making room to prioritize my needs, I was able to prevent burnout and reconnect with myself. I believe the foundation of healing is being willing to do the work and getting good support on the journey.
