Our workshops are focused on helping participants to learn mental health information while also understanding how they can apply this to their lives. We use visual and written material to empower participants to engage in discussion and reflection.

All workshops require a minimum of 60 minutes for education and Q+A. We do offer extended workshops (as requested). *customized workshops available upon request

Fireside chats

We believe the wellness of the individual is for the greater of the community. Fireside chats are an interview style discussion between the facilitator and the participants based on a mental health related topic or question. The goal of these chats are to create a safe space for participants to enhance their understanding of mental health and wellness. Any of our workshop topics can be facilitated as a fireside discussion.

1:1 Wellness Assessments

We provide assessments based on the eight dimensions of wellness to determine which areas need to be prioritized or improved. We believe wellness is rooted in intentional self-care practices. Based on the results of the assessment, we would collaborate on a plan to take actionable steps to improve your wellness and experience more ease. Wellness assessments are scheduled for 60 minutes and will be held virtually. Following the assessment, you will receive a downloadable document with the results and the next steps.
