A yoga + mindset workshop designed to help you embrace yourself with loving kindness, improve your self-talk, and learn how to be present.

This is event is brought to you by Krystal Jackson, a licensed therapist and owner of Simply Being Wellness Counseling. This is the first wellness event of the year and it is designed to help you improve your self-talk and engage in self-care.
There will be a 45- minute guided yoga practice by Kasandra Marbury, licensed therapist and yoga teacher. Beginners are welcome. Please bring your yoga mat. If you don't have one, one can be provided for you at an additional charge (+$10).
The workshop will be facilitated by Krystal Jackson. You'll participate in exercises designed to help us shift our self-talk and embrace ourselves with loving kindness.
